User Research
At the core of our approach is the simple fact that we are designing for people. Understanding those people is paramount to creating a product or service that will be adopted, and will drive success for our clients and their businesses. From guerilla-style intercept interviews to international ethnography programs, we use research and analysis to find actionable insights, expose new business opportunities, and measure progress toward our clients’ goals.
Experience Strategy
Gaining insights into the behavior of users is one thing—having a plan to capitalize on them is another. Whether we are working toward user requirements, or prototyping product or service experiences, we help our clients set strategic direction from the users’ perspective—their needs, values, and behaviors. We then help them prioritize based on the realities of their business to find achievable, yet meaningful, differentiation.
User Interface Design
Simply stated, designing the interfaces that a customer will use to interact with our client is the foundation of our work. Wherever this interaction happens—through a mobile application, connected appliance, intranet, or public web site—our aim is to maximize the value of that experience, for our client and their customer. We evaluate and refine obsessively toward that goal. It’s this iteration that ensures not just usability but delight.

Currently Open Positions
Right now we’re looking for two Experience Designers with broad skills in consulting, research and experience strategy; combined with deep expertise in information architecture and interaction design.
Experience Designers work closely with our clients and their customers throughout the design process from definition through the creation of digital products.
Successful candidates will have three to six years of interface design experience, a degree in a design-related field, great visual skills, excellent communication skills, user research expertise, confidence to step outside the traditional designer role, and a working knowledge of internet technologies.
